When JSR Construction won the contract to raise the roof at Jenks & Cattell's, we were brought on board to detail the steelwork. Due to the age of the building (early 20th century) and the requirement that no new posts would be installed/all of the steelwork to be joined to the existing structure, this was a project with many potential pitfalls.

With this in mind, we undertook 2 site visits to ensure all possible issues were identified with solutions being factored into the design at the earliest possible stage.
